• Annually registered participant fee per session: $99.00 + GST
• Non-annually registered participant fee: $400.00 + GST
• Confirmed participants who fail to attend shall be responsible for the entire registration fee.
• Accommodations, meals, and travel arrangements are the responsibility of the participant.

Note that at this time we do not accept payment over the Internet. Whether registration is completed online or by fax, applicable fees can be remitted by cheque or money order, payable to:
